Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once accessed or downloaded, we have established the following policy:

1. All Sales are Final

All digital assets, including but not limited to digital downloads, links to live event, events, etc.., are sold on a non-refundable basis. Once a purchase is complete and the digital product has been delivered or made accessible, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or credit.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital assets are intangible and delivered instantly. Once you receive the file, it remains in your possession indefinitely. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property and the sustainability of our services.

3. Exceptions & Issues

We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we will address the following issues:

• Corrupt Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted or defective, please contact us within 3 days, and we will provide a working replacement.

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice in a single transaction, reach out to our support team for a correction.

4. Customer Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have read the product description thoroughly.

• You understand the software or technical requirements needed to use the asset.

• You are aware that the product is a digital download and not a physical shipment.
